Are your products authentic?
- Yes, all our products are 100% authentic. We purchase directly from POP MART and POP MART OFFICIAL, ensuring every product comes with scannable QR codes for verification. We guarantee the authenticity of all our products.
Where do you ship from?
- We are located in the United States and ship from one of three fulfillment centers: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; or Toledo, OH. Your order will be shipped from whichever location can fulfill it most efficiently. Our headquarters is located at 405 Madison Avenue, Toledo, OH 43604.
When will I receive my order?
- Our fullfillment times vary by location. Typically East coast will receive their order within 2-4 days. West coast will receive their order within 4-7 days. We ship via USPS and UPS.
Do you service Hawaii, Alaska APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?
- Yes! We ship to all addresses that USPS delivers to, including Hawaii, Alaska, and military bases worldwide. We have successfully shipped to military bases in Japan and Hawaii. Only under extenuating circumstances would we be unable to ship your order to your provided shipping address.
Do you ship international?
Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to the United States. Check at a later date!

What is your return policy?
- We have a 14-day return policy for unopened, undamaged products. Due to the nature of blind boxes and Labubu figures, we do not accept returns for opened or swapped products. If you attempt to return counterfeit or swapped products, we will capture this information and block all future purchases from you on Labubuloot.com.
