Return Window
We offer a 14-day return period. You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all items must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Include all accessories, inserts, and original labels
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:
- A return authorization
- Instructions on where to send your package
- Any additional details needed to complete the return
Packages sent without authorization will be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The return shipping amount will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@labubuloot.com if:
- Your item is defective
- Your item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
- We will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
Due to the collectible nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened blind boxes or collectibles
- Items that have been used or unsealed
- Items not in original packaging
- Mystery box items (if applicable)
If an item is ineligible for return, we will notify you during the return request process.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item once approved and then place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
